§         Responsible for desktop and server support, capable of maintaining login ID’s, Roaming Profiles, and proficient in the setup and configuration of most current operating systems, involving Windows 9X. 2000, XP, Netware 3.12 – 5.1, Citrix Metaframe, and basic Linux configuration.  Able to support and upgrade/build desktop client PC’s for users as well as support the latest Microsoft Office Applications, including Office 2000/XP, Visio XP, and Microsoft Small Business Server 2000.  Capable of maintaining systems integrity as well as recording licensing and working with users to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
